Report a translation problem
There should be no such record in that table. Please ensure that your mods have updated since the patch that was pushed out on May 1st. I have re-uploaded to try and help with this. Please let me know if you have any further issues
As alluded to in the main Expanded Lord Skills mod, any mod that touches skills can cause incompatibilities. In this specific case, you can see that the mod you have mentioned comes off of the end of the base game's skill trees. Since mine do the same, you will encounter formatting issues. Depending upon what "column" the skill is assigned to, those skills will either show up to the left or right of my skills. The skills for both mods should work correctly, but it will look strange. The best way to check is to test it yourself
The one for Cataph should be fine as well. The patch changed how some skills/effects work, but that only required me to update the main mod that the others reference

There is no need to update this mod as it is currently working
Steam released a new license agreement that I (apparently) had not yet agreed to, so my latest update to the mod caused them to briefly take it down. The issue should be resolved now
