It is pulling from the Heroes of Legend Lorenzo, in your case. The Southern Realms version has a totally different skillset

Prince Lorenzo Lupo seems to be missing a skill that is supposed to connect to Punitive Actions. I'm not sure if this is because of a weird interaction with Cataph's Southern Realms, but Heroes of Legend does have specific compatibility with it, and I am running both of your Expanded Lord Skill submods for each mod.
