Tugboat Porpoise

Description
The Porpoise (Fictional) was a steel-hulled tugboat built in the 1930's. This tug was designed for towing on the river Thames, hence the low air draft and a folding mast to allow passage under small bridges. Porpoise's owners sold her for scrap in 1978.

SPECIFICATIONS
Mass (Unloaded):
12128
Length:
23.75 m
Width:
6.25 m
Depth:
3.25m
Propulsion:
5-cylinder 3x3 Modular
Generator:
12-cylinder 1x1 Modular
Max Speed:
29 knots (53.7kph)
Max Range (@100 throttle)
Approx. 130 Km
Fuel Capacity
14195 units

STARTING PROCEDURE

1. Go to the Engine Room, there is a breaker panel beside the ladder.
2. Switch on the Main, Equipment, and Engine Breaker.
3. Turn the starter keys for the Generator and the Main Engine.
4. It can now be controlled from the Wheelhouse. W/S for throttle, A/D for steering. Hotkey 1 for higher torque on the engine. It is automatic so there is no button for reverse.

I felt that a realistic max speed for this kind of boat might not be suitable for longer journeys so it is higher. The engine is already large for its size, and the engine still runs at 9.5 rps max.

If you want to scuttle the tug for no reason, there is a turnkey in the Fore Cabin section, located in the coal bunker. This will disable the bilge pumps and open hatches in the hull to allow sinking.

If there is any issues let me know in the comments.
