低级装备无法摧毁回收合成bug修复

Description
应某位吧友的需求，做了这个mod。mod功能就是让原版某些品质不高却无法回收、合成的装备可以正常回收跟合成。这并不会改变装备的其他绑定效果。
兼容所有mod。

In response to the needs of a friend, I made this mod. The function of the mod is to allow some equipment that is not of high quality but cannot be recycled and synthesized in the original version to be recycled and synthesized normally. This does not change the other binding effects of the equipment.
Compatible with all mods.
