The Blood Mage Specialization
A new Tertiary specialization utilizing Blood Barrier Techniques, which is spending Health to grant a temporary energy shield


Dependencies
All the perks come from Mitzruti Perk Pack. Amalgamation classes mod naturally is a requirement too.
