No Minimum Range

A simple mod that removes the minimum range for Autocannon and Uranium Turrets.

It doesn't mess with the turret's lack of close range accuracy, so you'll probably still miss, but at least you had a shot or twenty.

Only incompatable with mods that alter the minimum range of the Autocannon and Uranium Turrets.

I couldn't find this in the steam workshop, so I ended up spending a little bit of time throwing this together. Feel free to let me know if there's any issues.
