A stalinist style skyscraper (145m) that was inspired by the Leningradskaya Hotel in Moscow and other soviet skyscrapers of the 40s and 50s.

Hotel Version:
- 225 workers
- 900 tourists

Residental Building:
- 90% quality of living
- space for 775 workers
