H&C MGP02-B "Gepard" Main Battle Tank

H&C Global Armaments MGP02-B is a third generation main battle tank, corresponding to all the latest innovations of main battle tanks.



MGP02 is designed with the expectation of the fastest possible breakthrough of enemy defenses, this is facilitated by a high maximum speed and a very small silhouette. Paired with good armor for this scale, MGP02 can parry armor-piercing and fragmentation projectiles from battle cannon. Side protection is able to withstand light autocannon projectiles with a 70-80% probability. All crew members are located in the turret, in the center of the vehicle, which increases its survivability. All tank systems are also moved to the rear (fuel tank, transmission, etc.)



The main gun is represented by 130mm XM13A smoothbore cannon. Loading shells is carried out by an automatic loader with a choice between AP and fragmentation shells, 44 rounds in total. The fire control system includes a two-plane stabilizer, radar target identification system and a ballistic computer with a laser rangefinder.

Under the control of the commander is a 12.7 RCWS machine gun, it is screen controlled, and stabilized in two planes, with a ballistic computer. A unified system of communication and data exchange between units is planned (currently WIP).
