Here is how to acquire 'seeds':
1. Automatically accumulate from improved resources.
2. Share with alliance or vassal city-state if they owned.
3. Finish Projects unlocked by buildings in Agriculture Zone.

Great mod! However, I've a problem: some resources in Resourceful2 don't accumulate like bamboo. It seems that if a resource needs a lumbermill, it doesn't accumulate. A similar problem is Sukritact's Oceans but with some water resource like abalone
