Basicly they put these things in bad areas becouse Safeway doesn't like being accosiated with the crime rate in said areas. Just a fun fact. Seeing one of these things basically is a good sign to keep your head on a swivel.

Welcome to cities skylines winnipeg..most safeways have been replaced by these big green boxs. Unless you're in a richer area ironicly. To get best use out of this thing put it in your ghetto neighborhoods lol.
