Incapable Work Genes

Description
This mod adds genes to make colonists incapable of certain work types:
Incapable of Skilled Labor: +10
Incapable of Dumb Labor: +8

Not super balanced, but good for role-playing and creating unique species. Let me know if you want any other types of labor disabled; it's very easy for me to do so. Feel free to comment with suggestions regarding balancing too.

I was just recently tinkering with the purslave xeno and thought something like this would be a good fit. Can always use more bad genes!
