修改手术成功率上限-Change Surgery Success Rate Limit

This mod changes a hidden setting of the vanilla RimWorld: the operation has a success rate limit which limit it at 98%. This mod turns it from 0-98% to 0-100%. There should be no problem of high success rate of surgery and then failure.

It's just a simple patches mod so I don't guarantee it's reliable.

Recommend to use this mod, which can change the success rate and remove the situation where the doctor will cut the patient when the operation fails.
