prison like in appearance or by function, yeah brutalism is shit but id rather this than the extremes or dare, a modernist which is the same only separated by colour.

Prison like concrete structures that dont even look pretty, and near those garages its an clear giveaway that its soviet (i mean it is tagged)

What's wrong with Russian apartment blocks? IMO, I find them cool to see! It's like a mirror world of what's different from the different buildings you see in other worlds.
