Don't worry what people have said about the technicality of the mod. If you type "doctor who" into the workshop for Civ5 then you will see basicly nothing and for me, this comes as the best rated. I love this :D

Why is the Doctor George Washington!?

i have read the previous pages of comments, and while i have been watching doctor who since the early 70's and they are right about the leader in the latest episodes the Doctor was the hero of the Time war and kicked Rassilon off gallifrey as well as the high council and was treated as the president by the comanding general of the Military forces fo Gallifrey. so i have no problem with the Doctor being leader and they ARE the Time Lords the Oldest and Mighteiest Civilization in the Universe. Though they DO have a Non interference policy it has been broken Numerous times when it soots their purposes. the 4th doctor in genesis of the daleks was supposedly the start of the last great time war. just saying...I Think you did a FABULOUS Job and i Know its a Lot of Hard work to do a MOD, suggestions for other civ's: Sisterhood of Karn, Sontarans, Cybermen, Daleks, Silurians, Shadow Proclimation, Tesalector's, UNIT just to name a few of the oldies and more current ones :)

Anyone else have washington appearing instead of the Doctor? Anyone know a fix for this?

yes and no, the doctor was named the leader during I think David Tennents day, but I can't remember if he accepted

Wait, wouldn't the Leader of the Doctors be Rassilon, seeing as he actually did lead the Time Lords, while the Doctor was a renegade?
