HRG's Better Animus Stone

Description
I think the original version of the magic stone is too weak, so I made this mod.
Spellstones can be crafted from Jade at an Art Workbench.
Base meditation potency changed to 1.34.
All medium types are available.
50 beauty points.
By the way, I adjusted the emerald spawn rate (10x).

@shane_357 I'll have a try, if I can do it with .xml, I'llmake it so, but I won't be able to do it if it require .dll.

I feel that this is... too easy. May I suggest that you make the recipe make a 'blank' stone, integrate Vanilla Psycasts Expanded, and add a Wildspeaker (Tribal tree) psycast that converts the blank into an Animus Stone with a day-long psycaster coma to balance it?
