You do make a good point that some people won't read the introduction sections though, so I went ahead and added another note about this at the beginning of the calendar schedule as well.
:) Hope you're looking forward to Reload!
Also, here is a strategy to hit lvl 31 on 5/31 for the min-maxers (although not required due to all the evening free times later on):
(1) Go solo (remove everyone else from group) equipping a persona with electric damage to all (Mazio). If can't do solo yet, then bring a teammate (with mazio preferably) for free group attacks.
(2) Speed through floors 25-36 waiting for the message that difficult enemies will be present. They are always the same enemy type weak to electric and give far more XP on this special floor than when encountered randomly. Ignore the special XP floors (they actually don't give much XP).
(3) Don't bother sneaking up and just attack them right away (no advantage) since you will be taking them out before they get a turn.
(4) Use Mazio again and again (avoid regular attacks since they have a fairly high counter rate)
(5) Select XP card (even with the death mark) as it gives a massive boost to XP
(6) Use teleporter back to refill SP and go again
