此模组增强了俄罗斯的文明能力和彼得的领袖能力，将阇耶跋摩七世的领袖能力“国王的修道院”、高棉特色建筑“高庙庙堂”和高棉文明能力“大人工湖”赋予俄罗斯。将菲利普二世的领袖能力“艾恩科里亚”，将萨拉丁（维奇尔）的领袖能力“正义的信仰”和威尔弗里徳 劳雷尔的领袖能力“西部净土”赋予俄罗斯。新增迪奥多拉的领袖技能“忏悔”和拜占庭的特色区域跑马场。
