High Elf Cavalry Skill Rebalance

Description
I noticed that I *never* skill Cavalry Master for Silver Helms, so I added some melee attack and defence to it. Also went ahead and added defence for Vanguard Master as well.

Added Ellyrion Reavers to the unit sets boosted by the Honed Trait (+5 MA/MD)
