Clearer Instability Overlay for Flesh Lab Unit Cards

Description
This mod quite simply replaces the red instability overlay with a version of it that's more transparent near the center, so you can actually see the unit card. That's it.

Should be compatible with everything that doesn't do the exact same thing.

Thanks, the bright green/red mutation level indicator is also an odd choice, what were CA ui team thinking, it stand out so much.
