Description
Introduces the scientifically-oriented Jorsie Lilian, leader of the Vaopeian civilization, the trade-oriented Leucean Fereux, leader of the Serbleuque civilization, and the faith-oriented Reikja Skolgarsen, leader of the Baeren civilization.

The civilizations and lore were taken from my TTRPG setting of Aurbern.

Baera Civilization

Districts receive a standard adjacency bonus from forests, and can be built on forest tiles. Unimproved woods tiles receive +1 faith. Gains the ability to plant woods with Guilds.

Larboegskit
-----------
Baeren unique unit that unlocks at Guilds. 2 movement, 50 base combat strength. Must be purchased with faith. Has a unique promotion tree.

Skovlaer
-----------------------
A district unique to Baeren that replaces the Holy Site. Camps, Pastures, and unimproved Forests within the city receive +1 Faith and +1 Production.

Cities receive production equal to 20% of their faith output. All units receive no movement penalties in Woods, and can see through Woods.

Specialty districts receive a standard adjacency bonus from adjacent Mountains. City Centers receive +1 Amenities and +1 Housing if settled on a Geothermal Fissure or adjacent to a Mountain. These numbers are tripled if both conditions are met.

A district unique to Vaopeia for scientific endeavors. Replaces the Campus district and cheaper to build. Provides Culture equivalent to its adjacency bonus if built next to the City Center. +2 Science if built on a Geothermal Fissure.

+20% production towards Districts and Wonders in cities with an established governor. Specialty Districts adjacent to a City Center provide +1 of their yields to the City Center, and Wonders provide +2 Culture and +1 Faith to the City Center.

Batrenaer

Vaopeian unique Renaissance era unit that replaces the Musketman. +1 Movement, but more expensive to build. +3 Combat Strength, and +1 Movement in friendly territory. +3 Combat Strength when adjacent to a Mountain. Ignores movement penalties in friendly territory.

Serbleuque Civilization

--------------------
+10% Gold on cities settled adjacent to a river. +1 Gold on each tile adjacent to a river, doubles with Guilds. Units receive +1 Movement when adjacent to a river.

Ilucome
-----------
Serbleuquer unique Medieval era unit that replaces the Knight. Heavy Cavalry class unit with a ranged attack, Range 2. Cheaper Iron cost, and has +1 Movement, but must be purchased with Gold.

Grand Exchange
-----------------------
A district unique to Serbleuque specializing in commerce that replaces the Commercial Hub and is cheaper to build. Adjacent Districts provide and receive a major adjacency bonus from the Grand Exchange. Does not receive adjacency bonuses from Rivers. Foreign Trade Routes to the city receive +2 Food, +1 Production and +3 Gold.

All Trade Routes provide +2 Food. International Trade Routes provide +2 Gold and +1 Faith per Luxury Resource, +1 Production and +1 Science per Strategic Resource, and +1 Culture and +1 Gold per District at the destination

I'm not gonna lie, but I think that the Serbleuque civilization is way too overpowered. My friend has over 2k gold per turn and we're only on year 1700.

That's strange. There's nothing in the SQL that changes the way dams behave or anything related to dams. It might just be an invalid tile!

Not sure about the other ones but reikja doesn't makes flood dams in gathering storm.

I'd love to if I could, but I have neither the resources nor the skills to do modelling. But the icons for the districts were custom made by me (with my horrible art/graphic design skills)!
