Description
Shang Tu's most famous riverside park!

Shenlin Park

The second level in Freedom Planet 2, Shenlin Park is a massive park in the heart of Shang Tu's capital city! Taking place on the side of a river, Shenlin Park is a hub for both relaxation and transportation!

Basic

Basic Mode features a twin platform design similar to Spirit Tree with the platforms reaching out over the water's surface. Grab some shade under the tree as you wait for the monorail, just be careful not to fall into the river!

Aether

Your ride has arrived so come and take a gentle float down the river! Aether Mode takes place on a boat inspired by the level's cruise ship section, featuring a larger ground and one middle platform in the center. I wonder what's inside the chest, spoils go to the winner!

Music

Shenlin Park features music from both Freedom Planet games with Aether Mode featuring beta and alpha tracks!
Tired of randomization and want to select the song yourself? Four songs, in both Basic and Aether, are available for selection by holding shield and the correct direction on the left stick, right stick, and their keyboard counterparts during the start of the match!

Lightning Tower's another good candidate, potentially having walls on the borders of the aether variant being inside the tower itself so only bottom and top kill while basic is at the tower top.

I think AF will be fine, the stage itself ain't really spoilery. Plus you can do neat thingsl ike have the basic form have water on the outside and the beanstalks while aether has lava/hot coal and whatever the keyfish platforms.

I'd love to do more FP2 stages but I may hold off on later game locations for those who haven't played it yet, not fully sure. Ancestral Forge is a personal favorite so it's very much an option though.

I understand that Neera's and Milla's don't fit Rivals well, but it felt strange not to include them when Lilac's and Carol's do. You can select other song options if either are picked randomly by holding shield and using either stick (I list the options above in the music section) if you prefer.

I will say some tracks don't really fit fighting. Like the character themes.
