Description
Now that we aren't going to get new items for a bit (if the status quo is to be believed) and I have homework to avoid doing, I figured now is a good time to update the missing strangifiers item I made last year. Similar to last year, this contains an edited schema, as of Jul 27, 2024, with the addition of all missing strange's strangifiers, 2 munition crates to contain said strangifiers (#145 and #146), as well as a few changes I believe necessary for some of the new strange items to function.


What's new in this version?

Added the B.A.S.E Jumper, Gunboats, Bootlegger, and Ali Baba's Wee Booties with the assumption they will function like shields in counting every kill done while having them equipped (this was inconsistent with the last version which included the camper and danger shield under this same presumption but excluded these ones for some reason, although it would be neat to have custom stat counters for the jumper and gunboats).

Divided the crates by amounts instead of attainability. Previously the crates were divided between drops and craft/promo items. They are now divided into drops/craft/purchasable and promo items due to the ease of accessing all of the former items. The next change is a followup to this one.

Created different rarity lootlists for each crate. Odds are not kept in the schema (or at least the public one) so valve would have to determine the odds, however I recommend a 20% chance for the rare list for crate 145, a 4% chance for the uncommon list and 1% or less chance for the rare list in crate 146. These odds are derived from backpack tf population data relative to the existing items currently in tracked inventories. In conjunction with the last change, the common list for crate 145 contains all items found by random drops and the rare list contains items that can only be crafted or purchased from the store. Crate 146's common list contains promo items with populations of over 100k, the uncommon list containing promo items with populations over 10k, and the rare list containing the robo sandvich which only has a population of around 1500. Full list breakdown below.

Both strangifier item sections are now sorted by the target item's id instead of by class. (The loot lists are not sorted, the 2nd secion is the second file included in the zip which is just strangifier items without proper ids for ease of copy/paste when new items are added).

The strangifier items now occupy ids 31465-31505 and the crates occupy ids 5960 and 5961, along with the crate number being updated to 145/146.



Changes to the schema that are the same from last year's submission:
TimeCloaked attribute added to Enthusiast's Timepiece, Quackenbirdt to allow for tracking cloaked time if strangified.
FoodEaten attribute added to Fishcake, Robo-Sandvich to allow for tracking times eaten if strangified.
BuildingsSapped attribute added to Ap-Sap to allow for tracking buildings destroyed if strangified.
Thermal Thruster: Added tags can_deal_damage, cannot_damage_tanks, and can_deal_taunt_damage for proper strange part attachment if strangified; added mantreads kill eater kill/score types for proper tracking of stomped enemies if strangified.
Hot Hand: Added tags can_deal_critical_damage and can_deal_taunt_damage for proper strange part attachment if strangified; added holy mackerel kill eater kill/score types for tracking similar to holy mackerel.
Prinny Machete: Added tags can_destroy_sappers and can_deal_taunt_damage for proper strange part attachment if strangified since spy can taunt kill with it and engineer can destroy sappers with it.

As stated in the last submission, the golden wrench should be retroactively upgraded to strange like the memory maker and saxxy's if they need a strange version.
The jumper's cannot get kills and would need custom attributes made to count something like damage propelled or w/e.
Gas passer is attributed to the user's flame thrower so I'm not sure a strange version is possible right now, at least not with only a schema update.

Edit 2/13/23: Added disguise kit to items still not included, would need a special attribute.
