Hello. Retexture doesn't work for me... I turned off all the mods and it still doesn't work. Is there a solution?

Q: Since this is just a retexture mod and since the mod it rextextures is made to also run on previous versions of RimWorld, would it be possible to use this retexture package on RimWorld 1.3?
