A small map made for a side quest from my campaign (Dragonlance) post-chaos war (Age of mortals)

For the sake of your sanity, use mini bases, theres a lot of clutter on the floors.

Included chaos spider mini, you may use it as i didnt find a phase spider mini

A long time ago, one of the seeds of Chaos during the Chaos war landed in this cave, during that time it manages to corrupt everything around, including a phase spider,

After the chaos war ended, bandits tried to loot the now deserted village, making their way to the underground safehouse, a minor earthquake collapsed one of the rooms walls, while exploring , they ended up finding more than they could handle.
The faster ones managed to escape, barring the last door and sealing inside dozens of their "brothers" in crime.

Now Arianhod (minor celtic godess) contacted the party, asking them to retrieve a silver tray that was stolen from the abandoned chapel. (A small vial of a potent solvent is given by a servant, to destroy the seed)

The tunnel before the water is crawling with giant spiders, but they wont pursue the players to the chaos spider nest, the stream water is corrupted with the proximity from the seed, it causes mutations from prolonged exposure, the stream has an strong underwater current, heavy armored players who fail their saves while jumping may have another attempt to grab some pillar or be gone forever,

The chaos spider abomination is twice as fast and strong as the phase spider from MM, it also has more psionic power from the prolonged exposure to the seed, it has telekinesis, ballistic attack, and energy containment.

Its very inteligent, and will target casters with hit and run attacks, and will fight to the death to protect its treasured chaos seed and eggs.

Arianhod´s silver tray is tossed near the chaos spider eggs, along with some of the treasure from the bandits, you might want to allow players to roll a random magic item from the category that they choose.
