Dalek

Description
Designed, an alien race, wearing armour indistinguishable in appearance or function from tanks and with hearts driven by ego and hatred. They come with a single purpose. To exterminate.

Character from the Dr Who franchise. Owned by the BBC.

Character Based on resource management and the use of powerful projectiles and ranged options.

General: Resources
The Dalek has 2 resources. An ammunition bar and an energy bar.
Both recharge over time and start combat at half capacity. Both are used to strengthen some of its attacks by giving them special Behaviours.

Status: Target
When making an attack with any special or dTilt shot the affected enemy is targeted. Only one enemy can be targeted at a time. As long as there is a locked target and you have energy, an amount of energy will be expended and the locked target will take a small amount of damage. The status will go away after taking a certain amount of damage from the mark, but resets each time a special or dTilt shot is hit.

Mechanics: Flight
As long as you are in the air and hold down the shield you can move freely in the air.
This uses a lot of energy, but can be a good alternative for recovery or mobility at specific times.

NSpecial: Brainwave Extraction
A low-range grab that will allow you to recover vitality while dealing damage to your enemies as long as you hold down the special button. Concluding with a moderate power shot at point-blank range.
You'll also be able to move slowly and even jump while maintaining your grip, so forget about double jumping, running or even flying.

FSpecial: Gunstick
Similar to goku's or sandberg's hame hame ha, as long as you hold down the special you will charge a beam that will fire when you release the imput. This version is powerful as well as being able to be directed, but in return it will expend energy while charging. Also if you keep the shield pressed you can stop your Vertical movement during the attack at the cost of more energy.

USpecial: Low-Proximity Controlled Teleportation
A normal Dalek is able to transport to a random point in spacetime when in extreme danger.
But for these situations that require control you possess a version that gives you greater control through your directional commands and a fixed range in space. It will take some time but guarantees safety.

DSpecial: Convene Genesis ARK.
This movement is made up of 3 parts.
1 - A long-lasting but sustained charge throughout your stocks for the purpose of "+calling", which will additionally allow you to recover more energy
2 - The deployment of the New Genesis Ark. Which will distort space doing damage to your enemies in its path, plus when it activates your next 3 low proximity controlled Teleports (USpecial) it will direct you straight to the genesis.
3 - Ark Detonation. With the third activation the Genesis Ark will be detonated, causing space-time distortions that will damage the enemy and chase enemies for a short period of time.

FStrong: Machine-gun
In case your energy meter is half full or more it will fire energy projectiles that will make a good thrust and expend a small amount of energy. Otherwise it will fire physical projectiles with reduced thrust, but will not expend energy. You can tell what kind of shot will be fired by the icon next to the energy meter.

FTilt/BAir: Targeted shooting
In case you have at least one bullet counter slot. It will launch 4 projectiles. They will also chase the target enemy if there is one. Otherwise it will only fire a flash that will do the same damage, but at a very low range and without the power to chase.

The truth is I'm involved in other projects right now. But I do have a lot of affection for the Dalek.
and if he was aware that he could do that. but my past self for some reason didn't think I would be op

emotes and *all*

yeah, sorry, I realized where the sound actually was earlier today. My bad, lol.
I get where you're coming from. It's a lot of mundane time spent just finding and assigning all those sounds to the emotes and.

I don't know if you're still working on this; but if you are, I don't believe the Dalek currently has a victory theme. It'd be nice if it played their usual choir theme; but it's no big deal.

I'd also like to say, after toying around with him in some actual matches, that his moveset is actually quite satisfying to juggle people with.

Also, quick question: are you aware that he's capable of gliding by spamming his DAir? It's a gradually descending glide; but it's definitely a glide.

And one more thing: ALL HAIL THE DALEKS!!!

@S.I.L
thank you so much!
He really only has a Voceline when he hits the gun stick.
At first I wanted to get many more. but in the end it was too much work

First of all, I wasn't expecting to actually find a Dalek mod when I searched it; so this was a pleasant surprise. I like the moveset and love the skins; but I do have a question:

Does the Dalek not actually have voice clips; or is my game simply not loading them?
Every time I press his volume icon (making him say the line), when I start a game he still has no voice; and when I exit back the character select, he's set back to silent.

Anyways, cool mod!

I honestly don't rule it out. apart from admitting that it was stupid for the yellow skin to be the main one.
But right now time is a problem for me, anyway anything you can tell me about Dalek is welcome.
