Birth Control - Unwanted Pregnancy

Description
What does this mod do?
This mods adds in birth control contraceptive as a craft-able drug to prevent pregnancy in pawns.
This is a great alternative to IUD's which are much further in the research tree.

How do I start creating the contraceptive?
You will require to research Drug Production in the research tab.

Yeah every five days seems realistic in terms of our real life stuff but there's also like monthly injections and that'd be amazing too because it's kinda time consuming to have your women take these every 5 days and craft all the pills

You can adjust it in the xml files in the mod folder

it would be great if there was a herbal (less effective) version for tribal stages also :)

Doing a tribal, then medieval (medieval overhaul) run, cant find any birth control for those eras, I know its not "realistic" but come on, I ride Dragons, can you do this for medieval era (maybe with a toggle) or something like that?, this could even be fancier and change the icon to some tea or something.

Thanks!

My extremely specific issue is that I want to completely rid the game of pregnancy but not have the subtle lore that my characters are pulling out, or even worse, just completely sterile.

This is a close second.

Good to know! :)

I did a little testing myself, and my chickens wouldn't lay eggs at all when birth control was in effect, so I do believe it works. Just a bit of a pain to keep applying it to an animal every five days. :P

Haven't tested with animals unfortunately :)
