Intro

I´ve built this car with the goal of making the perfect Stormworks daily driver. The Octavia rs plug in hybrid gives you plenty of space and comfort espacially for longer drives. It features advanced driver assists to further support you on the daily basis.

How to drive the car

Enter the driver seat and turn the ignition key behind the wheel. You can now drive with W/S A/D . Pressing 5 engages manual mode, you then have to shift using Up/Down .

The assist systems

The car features a cruise control which can be set by pressing space. Further adjustments can be made with the arrow buttons in the center console.

The autopilot/follow mode can be activated by pressing 3 the car then enables adaptive cruise control and follows the car infront of you. Note tho that the driver is always responsible for the car and its actions.

Authors note

This is my first somewhat usefull car as its intended to roam around the roads rather than the track. Be carefull when using the driver assists to not drive to fast for the given road. Here are some speed recommendations:

  • bumpy and curvy 60 km/h 40mp/h
  • smooth with curves 100km/h 60mp/h
  • train tracks up to 150km/h 90mp/h

if theres a bunch of rader signals from diffrent vehicles would it affect the convey mode?
