Lifestyle Supreme [1.8]

Description
THIS CRASHES WITH 1.9
This mod is pretty much abandoned. I may update it sometime in the near future, but I can't promise anything.
It has been integrated into my mod "Expirience+", which I'm working on updating

I wanted to make lifestyle choices more rewarding.
This is a small mod (more planned) that does a very simple thing:
If you focus on a lifestyle in which you don't have the maximum education level (4), you will incur 300 "progress points" every quarter year. Upon reaching the threshold (3000*targetSkillLevel), your education level will upgrade.

For example, if you choose the "Domain" focus, and you have no stewardship education, you will get 300 'stewardship education points' every 3 months. After 30 months [2.5 years], you'll get the "Indulgent Wastrel" trait. If you have it, you'll have to rack up 6000 points (that's 5 years) to improve it to "Thrifty Clerk ''.
You don't lose progress when you shift focus, it just halts.

If you take the "Chivalry" focus, you'll rank up in Prowess Education instead of Martial. This seemed appropriate.
If your dynasty has the "Republican Education" Perk, and you take either the Wealth or Scholarship focus, you'll rank up your "Republican Education" instead.

MORE FEATURES
  1. Every time you get lifestyle XP, you also get "education progress points".
  2. Gain 1000 "progress points" when an event gives you a lifestyle perk.
  3. Lifestyle events now trigger more often (avg once every year, instead of 18 months).
  4. Lifestyle events of your non-focused lifestyle also trigger, but very rarely (average of once every 60 months). This is to reflect that your life isn't only about your focus. Only 'common' events will trigger this way, not the uncommon/rare ones.
  5. Spouses gain "education progress points". This is based on the events that the spouse triggers. When you choose skill-specific task, it is weighted for that education, but not exclusive (much like the side effects that happen).
  6. An event will now fire when a new education level is attained, which draws your attention, and allows you to choose to focus elsewhere (resetting your life-focus)
  7. Councillors also tank up XP based on council position (if they're also landed, this is *in addition* to their lifestyle XP). "Train Commanders" will increase prowess instead of martial, and "Increase Development" will advance "Republic Education" if it's available to the councillor's dynasty.

PLANNED FEATURES (this is sort of a 'roadmap'):
  1. More interesting events surrounding education/lifestyle achievements.
  2. Stop all XP accumulating once all 27 perks are unlocked.
  3. Perk revamp

INPUT NEEDED
This where I beg for your input on ideas I had.
  1. The numbers are probably too high. 2.5/5/7.5/10 years for each rank is quite a lot. I am thinking on lowering them, but not sure how low. I would be happy for input.
[*[ I may incorporate a game law about it, though these tend to break saves...
  2. I am thinking on how to give "steps" on the way, small bonuses on accumulated points that both represent the growth of knowledge, and are non immersion-breaking indicators of progress. Again, all input will be helpful.

COMPATIBILITY
This mod changes quite a lot of files. About 40 event files, council tasks and some more. This is mostly required for the 'gain education progress when gaining xp' part. Therefore it is most likely not compatible with other mods who change events or council tasks.
If you want a com-patch to specific other mods, just let me know in the comments.

This is a sub-mod for a planned overhaul mod, so if anyone wants to jump on the bandwagon, I'm all for it.

Feel free to use this and consider giving credit where it's due.

if ANYONE has some ISSUES with this mod, feel free to comment or PM me. This mod is 'ready for use', and I've tested it to the best of my ability

To use this with my other mod, Councillor Proficiency, you need a comPatch:

@mamba
That's an interesting idea. I will consider this

heres an idea, make the time shorter per level, but make it a decision you make to actively study and improve the lifestyle levels, maybe even certain amounts of stress (EX: 'Study Hard' gives 33.3 stress yearly, but it takes say 3 years to level) not really sure on the exact amounts, but i think making it a purposeful decision with negatives and positives would make it feel like an actual "lifestyle" concept, great work so far boss

Should be fixed. I had an embarrassing math problem. 100 every 3 months means 3000 in 30*3 months. It should be 300 every 3 months. I fixed it.

Turning on debug, you can point to your character's portrait to see the counter.
They are called $SKILL$_education_progress (one per skill).

TBH, though, I know I have some bug somewhere in the system, and am currently looking for it.

Is there a debug command to check the progress I have? I seem to be taking 6+ years to get to the first level of education, even though it's supposed to be 30 months

@Stalinator9000
This would require a hefty amount of work, especially since I don't play EK2, and never had.
