Makes most of the following actions 7-10 times slower :

• Eating.
  
• All crafting recipes.
  
• Uninstalling/Installing vehicle parts and engine repair.
  
• Stitching.
  
• Barricade/Unbarricade.
  
• Remove grass and bushes.
  
• Fixing items.
  
• Fill grave.
  
• Washing yourself - 2.5 times slower.
  
• Apply bandage - 3 times slower.
  
• Building.
  
• Smoking - 4 times slower.
  
• Shoveling ground.
  
• Painting.
  
• Harvesting plants - 5 times slower.
  
• Slow Reading is a separate standalone mod.

Use my Hunger vs. Thirst - Rebalance mod to balance out some of the stat decreases from slower actions.
