USCG - Semper Paratus

This is the hatchet module. It allows features such as loading rescue equipment in a helicopter, or using the hoist correctly.

This can be used as an example to create compatibility for other helicopters.

is there a way to move the stretchers from the inside of the chopper to the hook without getting out?
