Description
At the start of the game, you can choose to disable specific types of megastructures. Disabling a megastructure type will result in the technology being inaccessible and all existing megastrucutres of that type being destroyed. These megastructures are currently togglable:

Hyper Relays
Gateways
Habitats
Quantum Catapults
Ring Worlds

To configur and destroy megastructures mid game, open up the save in singleplayer and run the following console commands:
event megatoggle_event.01
event megatoggle_event.03

i opted to disable hyper-relays midgame (and destroying existing ones) via the console command calls and it seems my construction ships are still able to build new hyper relays so it might be kinda buggy. Disabling them at the start of game seems fine though.

Just answered my question, I just tried a game with this mod and still working fine.

Does this remove L-Gate gateways as well?

Could we get sentry arrays added to the options?
Dont think its been patched by paradox yet. but when AIs (especially multiple) build sentry arrays (especially on a larger galaxy) is can cause some performance issues.
Plus, personally, it kinda kills allot of the intel gameplay.

doesn´t seem to work anymore, used this and the ships still tried to use the hyper relays, and that crashed the game

Does this work with Fallen Empires? Followed instructions for the midgame by running event.01 and event.03, but after the hyper relays are destroyed, the FE just builds them all again :(

Thank you for this mod. Disabling habitats makes for a much more enjoyable game.
@Duat Re - I use this with Gigastructures - have not seen any issues.
