Description
Removes all submarine upgrade limits related to tiers and classes.
Changes Mechanic's "Retrofit" and "Iron Storm" talents, as this mod makes their tier bonus practically useless.

Update (was) Undone is my set of mods that restores nerfed content and adds new features to the existing items.
