Minor Character Changes

Description
This mod modifies the characters in minor ways. In the case of Heroes, it replaces some of their hero actions so that the race they are part of has a wider spread of available actions and in one case, separates the cap of two hero types. In the case of innate traits, it improves some of the racial or general character traits to put them generally on par with each other (it's not an overhaul in the traits though so most are left untouched).

List of Changes
  • Handmaidens have had their Replenish Army action replaced with Increase Mobility.
  • Nobles have had their broken Boost Trade Resource action replaced with Boost Income.
  • Loremasters have had their Hinder Replenishment action replaced with Assault Unit.
  • Skink Oracles have had their Assault Garrison action replaced with Damage Building.
  • Khainite Assassins have had their Assault Units action replaced with Assault Unit.
  • Plague Priests and Eshin Sorcerers now have a separate cap. This is the part that causes the mod to require Mixu's Unlocker. To find the Plague Priest tab, press the scroll right button on the recruit hero window and then the scroll left button. The Plague Priest tab having an extra section is a bug that I can't figure out how to get rid of, fortunately, it doesn't do anything.
  • Plague Priests spread Skaven Corruption outside of your territory instead of everywhere. Eshin Sorcerers untaint your territory.
  • Plague Priests and Eshin Sorcerers have had their Hinder Replenishment action replaced with Assault Unit.
  • Skaven Assassins have had their Replenish Army action replaced with Scavenge.
  • Packmasters (and Skeel Gnawtooth from Deadfingers Skweel Gnawtooth) have had their Scavenge action replaced with Replenish Army. Flesh Snatcher boosts the strength of the Replenish action by 5% per skill point invested instead of granting access to the action.
  • River Troll Hags have had their Spread Public Order and Steal Technology actions replaced with Stimulate Growth and Damage Building.
  • Greenskin Shamans have had their Spread Public Order action replaced with Boost Income.
  • Forest Goblin Shamans (from Wez Speshul) have the same agent actions as the vanilla Greenskin Shamans.
  • Damsels have had their Block Army action replaced with Assault Unit.
  • Wargors have had their Spread Corruption action replaced with Boost Income (though in their case, it only reduces enemy income).
  • Gorehoofs (from Mixu's Legendary Lords 2) have had their Spread Corruption, Damage Walls and Hinder Replenishment actions replaced with Stimulate Growth (though in their case, it only reduces enemy growth), Damage Building and Assault Unit.
  • The Vicious and Virtue of the Ideal traits increase Melee Attack and Melee Defence by 8 (similar to various Tomb King traits that grant the same bonus when on a specific mount).
  • The Malevolent and Diabolic Splendour traits improve character aura size at all times instead of only when attacking (put on par with Tactician).
  • The Cruel and Plunderer traits increases Sacking income by 8% and post-battle loot by 3%.
  • The Sharp Teeth trait increase Charge Bonus by 10 (it was a weaker version of Weapon Master).
  • The Sharp Claws trait grants +10 Bonus vs Infantry (it was a weaker version of Aggressive).
  • The Virtue of the Impetuous Knight grants the Strider attribute (put on par with Fleet-Footed)
  • The Virtue of Confidence increases Melee Defence by 12 (put on par with changed Virtue of the Ideal).
  • The Virtue of Heroism grants +15 Bonus vs Large (put on par with Empire Monster Hunter trait).
  • The Virtue of Knightly Temper increases Melee Attack by 12 (put on par with changed Virtue of the Ideal).
  • The Virtue of the Penitent grants 20% protection against enemy hero actions (put on par with the Dwarf Blood of Valaya trait).
  • The Virtue of Noble Disdain grants 20% protection against enemy hero actions (put on par with the Dwarf Blood of Valaya trait).
  • The Virtue of Stoicism and Bretonnian Honourable traits grant +2 Leadership to the characters whole force (put on par with Disciplined trait).
  • The Bretonnian Magnanimous and Vampire Coast Smuggler trait grants +10% income province wide and -25% construction time in the local region (put on par with the Empire Noble trait).
  • The Bretonnian Melancholic trait inflicts a -3 penalty to enemy public order and increases the chance to wound enemy agents by 5%.
  • The Bretonnian Phlegmatic trait improves Public Order by 4 and Line of Sight by 10% (put on par with Empire Monster Tracker and Regal traits).
  • The Bretonnian Sanguine trait grants a -25% success chance to enemy agent actions (put on par with Dwarf Blood of Valaya trait).
  • The Bretonnian Uncompromising trait grants a +15% chance to wound enemy agents (put on par with Lizardmen trait of the same name).
  • The Eternal trait increases Physical Resistance by 10% and a -20% success chance to enemy agent actions (put on par with Dwarf Blood of Valaya trait).
  • The Proficient Caster trait reduces Miscast Chance by 15% (the Vampire Counts Master of the Black Arts trait does the same but for every wizard in the same region).
  • The Wrathful Trait grants +15 Bonus vs Infantry (put on par with Empire Monster Hunter trait).
  • The Master of Ceremony trait increases Untainted by 3 instead of 2.
  • The Dark Majesty trait increase the Encourage effect by 4 instead of 3 (put on par with Tactician).
  • Nurgle's Foul Stink (Beastmen), Pompous (Lizardmen), Murderer (Vampire Coast) and Misshapen (Norscan Marauder Chieftains) all grant Terror (puts trait on par with Dread Incarnate). Misshapen and Murderer have also had their Leadership penalty changed to -4.
  • Strategist grants +10% Campaign Movement Speed and gives a 20% protection against enemy hero actions (puts on par with Empire Monster Tracker trait and Dwarf Blood of Valaya trait).

@Lampros The difference between the two actions is that the former damages multiple units in the target army while the latter inflicts more damage on a single chosen unit in the target army.

Very cool mod. Only played with skaven so far but pack masters having replenish makes a lot of sense.
