Spicy Spire

Description
Have your runs been a little bland? Do you want to add more spice to your game?
Spicy Spire introduces over 30 new relics and 3 spicy new challenge modes that change gameplay and add more spice to your spire! Can you handle the heat, or will you go down in flames?

How does it work?
When you start a new run, instead of choosing a normal Neow reward you are given a choice between 3 challenge modes: mild, medium, or spicy.

Mild spice mode (easy): choose a powerful bonus relic at the start of the run.

Medium spice mode (recommended): At the start of the run, choose a spicy challenge relic as well as a bonus relic. But beware, spicy relics add challenging, harmful effects that increase the difficulty of your run. But worry not, bonus relics are themselves extremely powerful and when used to your advantage can help you to slay your way to victory!

Spicy mode (hard): only choose a spicy relic at the start of the run. Only for those spire slayers looking to prove themselves against the most spicy of challenges!

I think It is reasonable to change a relic based on "on pick-up" event to be compatible with other mods related with Neow.
- when if a new run starts, that relic is obtained like dedicated relic of a character .

It is not compatible with Downfall, Lobotomy mod. please patch these.
- Downfall > can not select a Spicy relic (no selection screen)
- Lobotomy > can not select Lobotomy's bucket relic (no selection screen)

Thank you Fanatic! Good catch, I have updated the mod to fix the crash when Baalor's Shades attempts to apply debuffs to Awakened One during its rebirth phase. Thanks for the bug report!

Great mod, enjoying trying to win with each option. The relic that makes enemies take your debuffs crashes if there's no enemy available but you're still in combat (Awoken one combat when first form dies)

@SkylarkGSH thank you! I'm glad people are enjoying it. I'm glad there is an option you enjoy playing with the hubris mod. That was my hope in providing 3 different spice modes that everyone could choose a style that is fun for them. I plan to continue updating the mod with new spice & bonus relics as I think of them!

Thanks for the bug report! I have fixed Broken Finger in v0.5.1.

Broken finger works properly for only 1 combat, then it reduces your draw forever. Unless you save&load to reset it

Love this mod! Adds an interesting twist to whale rewards and has led to some truly spicy runs! Though I usually find no use for the spicy option, as the humility mod was already enough trauma for me!
