WIP

Adds stores where you can buy or sell equipment.

Commands:

?info - show available commands
?shop_on - show shops icons on map
?shop_off - remove shops icons

For admins:
?add_money [number] - adds money to total amount.
?price_mult [number] - random price multiplier, [number] must be integer in range from 1 to 10.
?time_num [number] - how many times in a day will the price change, [number] must be 1 or 2 or 3.

Added a weapon shops, it will appear only if you have a "Search and Destroy" dlс.
