Description
What does this mod do?
The mod adds over 50 new technologies and new Unit-Abilities and some more to the Dark Elves Tech-Tree.


DESCRIPTION
All technolgies are incorporated into the original Tech-Tree.
Added the Ability, Resistance, and Outpost Units tech groups to the bottom of the tech-tree.

Completely technologies with new effects have been added to the vanilla tech-tree.
Improvements have been added for economy and, of course, for the units.
New abilities were added. See Pictures.

Tech-Groups
Abilities:
The Ability Tech-Group includes 6 Technologies with 4 new abilities, anti infantry and anti large.

Resistance:
In this Teech group, Fatigue, Physical, Missile, and Magic resistances are increased for all units.

Outpost Units:
Here, the stats of the outposts units that you can recruit from allies are increased, so that it is also worth using these units.

For a rough overview, please take a look at the images.

Does it take forever to explore the tree now?
NO, if you want, you can research faster by researching the technology quickly, which increase the research speed.


Compatibility:
The vanilla technologies have not been changed. They just had to be moved a bit to make room for the mod technologies. Therefore, the mod is compatible with all mods that do not create new technologies. For example, mods that only change the vanilla effects or add more effects (and no technologies) will work.
The mod very rarely needs an update, since CA rarely changes anything in the technologies. (I'm not aware of any case so far.) Nevertheless, I will of course try to keep the mod up to date.
But remember... Technology mods almost never need an update.
All tech uses CA unit sets, so custom/mod units should also benefit from the technologies.

The tech descriptions are still missing, but DarknessWrath will submit them later, maybee.

i noticed there aren't any endgame techs that affect black ark corsairs, i was wondering if that was on purpose or if you forgot to add them in

Actually I have a question if you don't mind helping; I altered two vanilla techs to add The Hunger to Doomfire Warlocks and Vanguard Deployment to Manticores respectively, but they aren't showing up in the Tech Tree UI. I added them to effects.loc but not sure what else to change, what do I do with the description keys? Any advice?

Hi Decky, I used your mod as an example to help me learn how to create my own tech mod. I use your mods in most campaigns and designed my mod to be compatible with yours. Thanks for the blueprint and for the inspiration!

No worries, thanks for the response. Yea, Linux/Mac still doesn't have that 3.0 update and likely won't have it in the next few weeks, so I was forced to turn this mod off because it got auto-updated and I was not prepared to revert this change (like I do now).

Oh I'm sorry... I've updated all my mods to patch 3.0 and have also overwritten the backups.
I can only bring this mod here to an old state, but then it hails criticisms because everyone else has to download a new mod, so one does not have to wait 2 weeks.
sorry, i didn't know that MAC and Linux will get the update later.
