Descripción
IMPORTANT

In order for this Mod to work properly. Font and Sound files must be downloaded and installed manually.

Set Up
1. Click on the Nexus Mods download link and download "Steam Workshop Required Files"

2. Unzip the Zip folder and it should contain a "halo3" folder.

3. In your Steam Library, navigate to "Halo: The Master Chief Collection" and "Browse Local Files"

4. copy the extracted "halo3" folder into the root of the "Halo: The Master Chief Collection" folder and say "Yes" to replacing any files.

5. Launch Halo MCC with EAC off.


Fixed in MCC Update: 1.3232.0.

Sounds and Font files are now included in the Steam Workshop Download.

ABOUT
The Raygun from Call of Duty: Black Ops II: Zombies ported to Halo 3.

Includes The Raygun Weapon. With Custom Animations, Sound Effects, Altered Cutscenes and Altered Level Design.

Support for all the Campaign Missions and Online Co Op.

KNOWN ISSUES
Animations for Elites are broken due to this Mod not Supporting Elites.

?The Raygun Sound Effects are not 1 to 1 with Call of Duty: Black Ops II.

So the statues that hold the ray gun just arent there nor is the actual mod showin up for me, at least when picking the Halo 3 campaign

can't play any mission with this mod... something am I doing wrong on my end or did it break because of the updates??

As awesome as the Ray Gun is, I feel like it can be hard to hear the sound effects when fighting enemies like the flood. And as overpowered it may be, a faster reload wouldn't hurt (and or animations).

@Priception Honestly relieved! I was worried it was something on my end! Excited for a fix, wanted to play this for a while but didn't wanna deal with the FMOD stuff!

Anytime i try to load in my game freezes and I have to close the game, anyone know why?

Hey, thanks for the reply. I understand why it wouldn't feel great to play against. RayGun is such a iconic weapon for me and having it from one of favourite modes in my favourite game was great to see. So, it's easily my favourite mod in the workshop.

So, much I actually am starting to hopefully better understand the tools and test things myself. Would be great to see a multitude of Wonder Weapons across the Halo Games and the RayGun too.

@Ziguin You can download the weapon tags for this mod from Nexus.

You can then use the Halo 3 Mod Tools to add them to any map you want.

I was going to add them to MP Maps. However I didn't want to balloon the file size of this mod and it didn't feel great to play against in playtests.

Some dumb questions sorry but how do I use this on maps where we don't spawn in with the RayGun can this be used in Forge any plans to continue to support this or potentially add to other Halo games if possible.
