gm_fork Decent Vehicle AI

Description
A decent save where a majority of gm_fork is equipped with DV nodes
Obviously, gm_fork and Decent Vehicle are required for this to work, but that should be all
I am aware there is another, but this one differs from the other one, as the waypoints are now more like cars driving as if it was a road with laws
Let me know if you find a messed up area as I'll get to it when I can
