Don't listen to mad ukronazis like "AntiCis" who created nothing but try to (mis)appropriate everything. "Ukraine" as of today has declared decommunization hence it can't be considered the legal heir to "Ukrainian SSR" (it's schizophrenic on their part but still a fact, unfortunately).
