Some minor points:
If you move the thorium input bridge and the phase fabric output bridge to the sides of the synthesizers, you'd be able to move the sand input surge conveyor up a unit to save space. There also don't seem to be much point in having the ozone inputs spread into four spots rather than just one input that routers to all of the synthesizers. You have an extra beam node in the upper middle, since just one will connect to both inner heaters. There's also routers just below the beam nodes instead of just having the duct below them turn towards the phase heaters.
