You encounter Kenshin Uesugi for first time as Chapter 7 Boss.

The easiest way to defeat Kenshin Uesugi is attack AFTER her attacks, there will be an opening. Use your light attack combo X, X, X, X, then heavy attack combo Y, Y, Y. You don't really need to use support skills, Bosses rarely gets stun. Also Kenshin Uesugi recovers fast, so is hard to hit with Ninja Skills.

The only troublesome Kenshin Uesugi's attack is the charged thrust. Use dodge when the spear glows.

Defeated Shingen Takeda.


You encounter Shingen Takeda for first time as Chapter 9 Boss.

The easiest way to defeat Shingen Takeda is attack AFTER she does her aerial dive attack, her weapon will stuck into ground. Use your light attack combo X, X, X, X, then heavy attack combo Y, Y, Y. You don't really need to use support skills, Bosses rarely gets stun. Shingen Takeda recovers slow, so after your combo you can land Komimi's Ninja Skill for extra damage.

Shingen Takeda's attacks are easy to dodge, they are slow. The only fast attack is her charged thrust. Use dodge when she ride her weapon.

Defeated the Demon Lord.


You encounter Demon Lord before, but it only counts for the achievement when you encounter him as Chapter 27 Boss.

The fight consists in several waves of enemies and one big head that will respawn when you destroy the Demon Lord's Eyes.

The order is:

• Wave of enemies. After the first group It includes mid bosses.
• Destroy Demon Lord's both eyes to spawn the big head. This can be done with Hagane's second skill (3 bars).
• Once the big head spawns, it starts the damage phase. It's the only time when you can damage the Demon Lord. HP is divided in 4 quarters. Each one will spawn a mid boss.

The Demon Lord body has 3 sets of attacks:

• Attack with blade or explosion with right or left arm. Stay near body or in the opposite side to avoid damage. It will follow you.
• Normal attack with right or left arm. It won't follow you. Stay in the opposite side.
• Slash with blade from right to left. Double jump the attack is safer.

The Demon Lord head has 2 attacks:

• Ray beam. Move behind the head or dodge.
• Bite. Dodge in the last moment.

General tips:

• Use charged heavy attack on slime groups to fill up the ninja gauge. This will be useful in demonic difficulty. In order to rank S, you need to kill mid bosses fast.
• Depending of the difficulty, you could need to focus on mid bosses. So watch how much damage you do to the head or you will have more than 1 mid boss at the same time.
• Once the head is gone and before you have to destroy Demon Lord's eyes again. You can heal up safety..
• Komimi is your best support. Only use her skill lv 1. Activate Devoted Heart to spam her skill lv 1. If you have Devoted Heart lv 2, you will activate regeneration.
• You can disable Devoted Heart Cutscene. It is cute, but sometimes interfere with the battle. Also you can use the skill, when Tsugumi is locked on animation.

You need to Rank S all 27 chapters AND the 15 Bubble Pockets in the 3 different difficulty.
Rank Systems has 3 stats:

• Time.
• Inga.
• Number of enemies defeated.

You have to get Gold in the 3 stats in order to achieve Rank S, but you can "update" stats, if you get a better stat in a run. Which means you can focus on clear most of enemies or clear the chapter fast. That will make getting Rank S easier in Hard and Demonic.

Select Iyo as active support. With the D pad select the Ninja Tool Bomb, then press RT to use it.

Since it is the 4th Ninja Tool you unlock, you have to equip the Ninja Tool before entering chapter.

Used a Timed Bomb.


It the first Iyo's Ninja Tool. Select Iyo as active support. With the D pad select the Ninja Tool Timed Bomb, then press RT to use it.


Used a Decoy.


First you need to unlock the Ninja Tool. It is in the chest #5 in the chapter 10 - Normal.

Select Iyo as active support. With the D pad select the Ninja Tool Decoy, then press RT to use it.

Since it is the 5th Ninja Tool you unlock, you have to equip the Ninja Tool before entering chapter.

Used a Mine.


First you need to unlock the Ninja Tool. It is in the chest #4 in the chapter 4 - Normal.

Select Iyo as active support. With the D pad select the Ninja Tool Mine, then press RT to use it.


Used a Recovery Potion.
