If this happens again, I recommend all parties unsubscribing and resubscribing to the mod, and verifying if any downloads need to happen.
@TTV-BoomerO93 For anyone else who has issues with it not showing, verify when you launch MCC that it gives you an option to choose EAC enabled or EAC disabled (mods allowed). Choose the EAC Disabled (Mods Allowed) option, and navigate to Halo 3 campaign. It should pop up there. If not, unsubscribe and resubscribe quickly (give it ~5 seconds between each action) and see if it forces a download.
