Description
The newest slime in town!

Bulldoger is a little character of mine which i was finally able to put in game. I consider this my first "real" workshop character (The earlier ones were a tutorial and a joke character.)
(Yes.... This is shameless self-insertion.)

He's slow on the ground, but much faster in the air.
He's a light character with a good combo game, and a unique mechanic: the Slime meter. Hitting enemies drops slime particles, and picking these up fills your meter. When the meter is full, you can empower your specials to make them stronger.


Grounded attacks:

Jab: Bulldoger performs a quick punch. Hitting the punch will automatically follow up with a tendril slap.

Dash Attack: Bulldoger jumps forward and flops onto the floor, hitting enemies.

Forward Tilt: Bulldoger flails around with a tentacle, hitting enemies multiple times.

Up Tilt: Bulldoger swipes upward with a tendril.

Down Tilt: Bulldoger whips the ground below, knocking enemies upward. Has a sweet spot at the tip.


Aerials:

Neutral Air: Bulldoger inflates, hitting enemies around him and floating up a bit.

Forward Air: Bulldoger performs a combo of three punches.

Back Air: Bulldoger grows a massive tentacle and slaps behind him. It doesn't knock away very far, but it has a sweet spot at the end that spikes.

Down Air: Bulldoger becomes a foot for as long as the attack is held. Hitting it knocks both Bulldoger and the enemy upward.

Up Air: Bulldoger quickly bites above him.


Strong attacks:

Forward Strong: Bulldoger makes a Cuphead reference and does a massive punch.

Up Strong: Bulldoger makes an axe out of slime and swipes upward. Only the axe blade deals strong knockback.

Down Strong: Bulldoger sends a wave of slime in both directions.


Specials:
Empowered specials are done automatically if your Slime bar is full. They all have super armor.

Neutral Special: Bulldoger makes a big bouncy slimeball which lingers for a long time.
Empowered: the projectile is far bigger and stronger.

Forward Special: Bulldoger attempts to grab an opponent. If the opponent is grabbed, Bulldoger will bite them.
Empowered: When the opponent has over 100% damage, they are killed instantly.

Up Special: Bulldoger does an uppercut, Street Fighter style.
Empowered: The uppercut goes higher, has a fire effect and is stronger.

Down Special: Bulldoger goes diagonally down, hitting opponents multiple times.
Empowered: Bulldoger does only one hit, but it follows up into a second one if it hits. He then bounches away.


Taunt: Bulldoger explodes.


P.S. Setting the AI to level 9 reintroduces my old scrapped mechanic.

i would say this mod is trash cause its a oc character but... this one is the best one i played! (aka its not trash)

The side special instantly killing above 100% seems a bit too much to me. The grab isn't like PM Ike's insta-kill where you need insane timing and set-up to pull it off, it's just kind of a gimme once you hit 100%. It can be a strong move that kills most characters most of the time, but I just don't think it deserves to be an instant
