I hope you let the RimPy team know what order it should be loaded in.

The zoom level it disappears is the vanilla level for progress bars (that is what I use to make it). I could probably read the zoom level and manually hide it though. Should be doable.
The other ones are fairly easy to do.
If you wish to continue updating, consider adding configurable options for the user to decide...
- Y position of the health bar (I myself would bring them further down).
- At which zoom level should the bars appear/disappear (I myself would try to match the vanilla values).
- Health bar color (I'd keep the default red, but hey, people might like it).
- Whether to display the health bar upon key press or key hold (I'd use key hold).
* Moved health bar to bottom of turret.
* Made health bar larger.
* Added overlay button for disabling the health bars.
* Made the health bars only visible on high zoom levels. (That was my intent originally, but I forgot in the first version. Please let me know if you prefer the other way.)
That is a good suggestion, I'll change it..
