XCOM 2 Papa Nier Voice Mod - WIP

A mod for xcom that adds papa nier's voice. Contains all voice files it ever will have, just not all of them are hooked up, despite this, it may have enough lines to still suffice as a stand-in nier for you. This mod is WIP if that wasn't already clear, feel free to finish and upload it yourself if I don't update it fast enough, I don't care. I'd recommend grabbing his model from another mod on the workshop if you do plan to use this.

Why did I make this mod?
-His model was on the workshop and I felt having him in my game without it would be incomplete.

You have Nier in your squad, why?
-I like having random recognizable characters in my xcom squad rather than whatever the game generates. It's just too funny for me.

Will you also add in [so and so]'s voice?
-Only if I feel like it
