TFC Restaurant - Teddy's Fried Chicken

Description
Teddy Radko's Teddy's Fried Chicken is trying to grab more customers from Frank's Fish Sticks with this restaurant building. Teddy stuck to Frank's low overhead model with a small, walk-up and drive thru only restaurant. The cars will be lined up waiting and the people will flock here like chickens coming home to roost to grab some of Teddy's Fried Chicken.

Recognize the building? It's the Backwater Burger building that I converted into this TFC restaurant. You will find this in level 3 unique buildings.

Right but wouldn't it be a good idea in case you get dinged for offering a free asset from a paid pack? I'm not sure what the workshop rules are but it sounds like the game automatically decides the required DLC. Maybe drop a University City prop to 'activate' it? But hey I'm just a regular user lol, don't have to listen to me.

@Seriphyn - No, I dumped the model and textures using Mod Tools, so I basically extracted the files that create the asset. When I uploaded it to the workshop, it was like a custom model made with 3D modeling software that other asset makers use for their custom buildings. Once I figure out Blender, I'll start making some more customized assets. The game told me that After Dark was required, but I am not really sure why.

Shouldn't you have the University City DLC as a requirement for assets you've converted from that pack?
