New Weapons Artifacts: Pyrocleave

This is a new modified glass battleaxe called Pyrocleave.

It has a base damage of 26 which is one up from Daedric.

It causes "Kiss of the Flame" which deals 30 fire damage to the immediate target.
When wielding Pyrocleave, the player gains "Gift of the Flame" which grants a 10% boost to Stamina regeneration and 50% resistance to fire damage.
When using the power attack, there is a 20% chance that it will cause "Wrath of the Flame" which will create a fiery explosion dealing 15 additional damage to all enemies within 30 yards.

It can be tempered at a Grinding Wheel for 1 Malachite Ingot, 3 Fire Salts, and 1 Torch

It can be found on the ground to the left of the Skyforge in Whiterun.

Aligned Pyrocleave to show correctly on the loading screen.
Added Pyrocleave to the left of the skyforge.

Fixed issue where loading screen for Pyrocleave was the only one that would show.
Fixed issue where flame didn't show on the weapon initially or when dropped or added to a weapon plaque/rack.
Fixed issue where weapon couldn't be picked up initially or when dropped or added to a weapon plaque/rack.
Fixed issue where weapon would float when dropped.

[Update 8/18/14:]
Fixed issue where Wrath of the Flame would continue to work with other weapons even after Pyrocleave was unequipped.
Nerfed Wrath of the Flame from 30% to 20% chance.
Nerfed Kiss of the Flame from 40 to 30 damage.
