Description
You know, I like to think that one day Khorne got outta bed and took a look at all the monsters in Lustria. He saw the dread saurian rampaging through literally everything, and thought to himself "I want that", and thus the Blood Saurian was born!

This mod includes 2 variants, a standard one and a special regiment of renown. These are massive, powerful and expensive units, capable of shredding everything in their path. However, keep in mind that they are slow as hell, and with their size as well they make easy targets for enemy missiles. Additionally, their melee defence is quite low, so if they get put up against a top tier anti-large unit, they can start to struggle. Even with these negatives, the blood saurians are the best units you can field.

When it comes to recruitment, the ROR is unlocks at level 40 for all factions. For the standard version, both Skarbrand and Daniel can recruit them from buildings. For the Warriors of Chaos, an additional mod is required to enable recruitment from buildings. Once this is enabled, the blood saurian will appear. If you are not playing the WoC, then you may safely disable the additional mod. Both variants benefit from bloodthirster tech.

These guys were designed to be a big dumb fun unit, and thus balance, and especially lore accuracy weren't highly considered. Still, I did my best to make them not feel OP, giving them a couple drawbacks as mentioned above. As always, any feedback or issues you have are greatly appreciated, and I hope you enjoy!

This seems to be the only one of your Khorne mods that crashes my game (i have 10+ other ones) on launch, can't even make it to the menu.

I have already updated it. If you're encountering issues you likely don't have the most recent version, or you have a mod conflict.

Mod has been updated, as well as the description. Major points are that both variants are now available to Daniel, and an additional mod is now required to recruit the standard variant for the Warriors of Chaos. Additionally, the units had some minor stat nerfs to bring down their power a little bit, however their price was reduced to compensate.

First ever mod where I've actually said "What??" in surprise out loud. My favorite things, Khorne and lizardmen, happily merged. Thank you!

Update: Reworked how this mod works. There is now a base Blood Saurian unit that can be recruited only by Skarbrand and Valkia. Skarbrand can recruit them via the bloodthirster building, and Valkia can unlock them via the RoR panel at level 35. All factions that previously had access to the RoR variant can still recruit it. It's been given a new name, new skin, as well as having magical attacks and it's unique Unstoppable Carnage ability.
