The four leaf clover
Everyone knows about this one, Allows you to reroll your cards on the pick-a-card icons of the map.
The extra life
By playing the cards displayed on the painting once again you get another candle for your candlestick. Boss fights still leave you with only one life but you get another smoke card. Really useful.
Bees instead of squirrels
It's a lil bee statue that swaps the squirrels for bees, A bee has one power and one health. And don't worry if you pick this up, Next run you'll start with the insect totem part. But... i still won't do this one. Because i like the squirrels.

Actually, after you get the bee statue, from the next run onward you star with an insect totem part, so I'd definitely pick it up
