Colored Lights Makes SunLamp More Efficient

Description
Reduces sunLamp power consumption by a factor of 0.7 after researching colored lights, so its a more useful research for colonies instead of just aesthetics. If you want it reduced more or less just go into the patch xml file and replace the two instances of 0.7 with your preferred power reduction factor and save the file.

Check out the rest of my Rimworld workshop, its got lots of small tweaks to gameplay: https://steamproxy.net/profiles/76561198064736417/myworkshopfiles/?appid=294100

Im pretty sure the standing lamp 50% decrease in power consumption is base game behavior hence no patch. That original behavior is what I based this mod on. But yeah the research text may not be 100% accurate it was a slap job.

Hey I'm just going over some mods for a playthrough and wanted to let you know that your patch doesn't do what the research description says it does. The patch for the sun lamp reduces to 70% and there is no patch at all for the standing lamp even though it says it reduces that by 50%. If I don't hear from you here soonish I'll assume you're not planning to update the mod and just make my own version to release. If I do make my own I'll be sure to credit you since I wouldn't have known about the powerUpgrades thingy without your mod.

updated for Utility Columns, applied the Colored Lights tech 0.7 power factor to the sunlamp column and gave the other light columns 0.5 power factors w/ Colored Lights tech to better match vanilla lights. Make sure you use harmony if you use utility columns before reporting any errors, it doesnt have it listed as a dependency but the assembly uses it as a reference so it is very much required for that mod.

damn, awesome idea. I think I remember something like this was the case in 1.3 but I never noticed it. Could you also add it for Utility Columns or other mods that add more sun lamps?
